Description

Crinum moorei, also known as the Natal Crinum Lily, is a striking bulbous plant native to South Africa. It is characterized by its large, strap-like leaves that form a substantial clump. During the summer months, it produces tall, sturdy flower stalks topped with large, trumpet-shaped, fragrant flowers, typically in shades of pink or white. Crinum moorei prefers moist, well-drained soil and full sun to partial shade. This plant is a good choice for borders, near water features, or as a specimen plant. It is also fairly deer-resistant. After the flowering period, remove the spent flower stalks to improve its appearance and encourage continued growth.
